Dr. Joshi’s interest in healthcare stemmed from having family in healthcare. From a young age, being able to see the positive impact that healthcare practitioners have in their patient’s lives was very motivating, and sparked his path of wanting to help and heal people.

After battling many sports injuries in his teenage years, Dr. Joshi was motivated to learn more about the human body and how biomechanics impacts injury. This led to him pursuing a Bachelor of Science with specialization in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa.

During this period, Dr. Joshi was receiving chiropractic care for ongoing injuries, and also working at a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic. This is where he discovered the influence chiropractic care can have on one’s health. Dr. Joshi holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and is an acupuncture provider.

Over the last year, Dr. Joshi has been closely working and learning from Dr. Nick Tsaggarerlis at ONE80 Health to further his skillset for the clinical management of neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Joshi takes a holistic approach to healthcare through the combination of manual hands-on therapy, modalities, acupuncture, exercise prescription, and patient education. We are thrilled to have Dr. Joshi officially join the team at ONE80 Health!

When not at the office, Dr. Joshi enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and golf, traveling, and cooking.
